Gräpplang is a hotel amidst a vineyard, above Flums, with 15 rooms, a seminar room and surroundings that do not force concentration, but rather facilitate it. Zurich can be reached in under an hour, and Zurich Airport in around an hour and ten minutes. Anyone who turns off the motorway and drives the final few minutes along the mountain road will realise: this is where something different begins. No through traffic, no distractions – just the place and the work to be done.

Restaurant Arva brings cuisine to Hotel Gräpplang that draws on produce from its own garden and the Alpine region – seasonal, artisanal, with ingredients that have a provenance. A meal that energises rather than weighing you down.
