A good day up here doesn't just begin with a wonderful view of Flums. It starts with coffee from Nicaragua – HUS.Coffee, produced transparently, fairly traded, sourced from people we know. With bread that actually tastes like bread. And the view of the vineyard, joining in too.
Breakfast at Gräpplang isn't a buffet stretching for metres, but a fine selection that's just right. Put together from what the region has to offer and what's currently growing in our own garden. If you like, take your time. Inside the house, or out on the sun terrace, if the morning allows.
We don't promise anything. But there's something about this morning – the coffee, the view, the bread – that turns even the grumpiest morning person into an early riser.
Depending on the package, breakfast is included in the room rate. Guests who book accommodation without breakfast are still welcome – the buffet costs CHF 35 per person. In this case, a reservation is required.
