Forty-one square metres that unfold in a way a suite rarely does. With a balcony overlooking Flums and the surrounding mountains, a sofa that invites you to linger, and a bathroom with a freestanding bath at its centre, as if it had always been there. Light wooden flooring, calm sage green, plenty of light and a sense of spaciousness that you feel even before you start counting the square metres.

The Panorama Suite offers enough space for a cot, which fits in naturally without making the room feel any smaller. Couples looking for more space will find it here too – no compromises.

We’re opening in autumn 2026. We’ll announce the exact date as soon as it’s confirmed. You can already send us an enquiry for the upcoming 2026/2027 winter season. We’ll be happy to get back to you with a quote.

Breakfast at Gräpplang: authenticity over quantity.

A good day starts with a good breakfast – and at Hotel Gräpplang, it's served just the way it should be: with time, with care and with ingredients that come from a known source.

The breakfast buffet invites you to help yourself to whatever the morning calls for:

fresh bread, homemade pastries & granola
yoghurt and cheese from the region, sourced from partners with names and stories behind them
seasonal fruit and produce from our own garden
egg dish of your choice, freshly prepared
regional meat specialties
daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am

When will Hotel Gräpplang open?

Hotel Gräpplang and Restaurant Arva open their doors in autumn 2026 (from mid-October). We'll announce the exact date as soon as it's confirmed. You can send us enquiries about accommodation, parties and events at any time. Just get in touch – we look forward to hearing from you.

Can I book a specific room?

Yes – if you’d like to reserve a specific room, you can do so by booking directly with us. As every room (even within the same category) has a different layout and its own character, we’re happy to take your request on board and will try to accommodate it – though we cannot guarantee this.

Can my dog come with me?

We're happy to welcome every guest, but we're sorry to say dogs aren't allowed.

Is there a lift?

Hotel Gräpplang is a historic building, so there's no lift. You'll reach the rooms via the staircase.

Are there any extra charges for children or babies?

Children are welcome – right from day one.

Babies aged 0 to 2 stay free of charge in their parents’ room. We’re happy to provide cots on request. Cost: CHF 15 per night.
Children aged 3 to 15 stay for CHF 50 per night (sofa bed or extra bed), including breakfast
From the age of 16 we charge CHF 70 per night (sofa bed or extra bed), including breakfast

As not all rooms are the same size, we recommend that families get in touch with us before booking – we'll be happy to help you choose the right room category.

How often are the towels changed?

Towels are changed every three days. If you would like them changed daily, this service is available on request for CHF 5 per day.

Are there accessible rooms?

Hotel Gräpplang is a historic building – unfortunately, we do not have accessible rooms available. If you have any specific requirements, please get in touch with us in advance so we can find a solution that works for you
